This policy is a business-ready draft for E&T Parts Hub. Operational details such as final phone number, warranty period, return window, and payment method should be confirmed before launch.
Shipping Overview
This Shipping Policy explains how E&T Parts Hub supports shipping, delivery estimates, freight handling, damaged shipment claims, tracking, and related delivery matters. Shipping time and cost may vary by product type, warehouse, supplier, size, weight, destination, carrier availability, and customer address type.
Delivery estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Shipping Areas
E&T Parts Hub primarily supports shipping within the United States. Availability for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, remote locations, or international shipping may require additional approval and may involve extra charges, longer transit times, or carrier limitations.
Processing Time
Processing time begins after an order is confirmed, payment or payment arrangement is completed, and required vehicle/fitment details have been verified. Most standard parts may be processed within a typical supplier timeframe; however, used assemblies, oversized components, special-order items, and freight shipments may require additional handling time.
Processing and shipping do not always occur on weekends or public holidays. If an order is confirmed after carrier pickup hours, the next available business day may be used for processing or shipment.
Delivery Estimates
Small and medium-sized items often move by parcel carriers, while engines, transmissions, body panels, and oversized items may ship by truck freight. Freight shipments may require appointment scheduling, liftgate service, commercial address delivery, or terminal pickup depending on destination and carrier rules.
Estimated delivery dates may change because of carrier volume, weather, traffic, remote delivery locations, supplier delays, incorrect address information, freight terminal congestion, or events outside our control.
Freight Shipments
Large or heavy items may be shipped through freight carriers. Freight deliveries may differ from regular parcel deliveries. The carrier may contact the customer to schedule delivery, and a responsible person may be required to inspect and sign for the shipment.
Additional charges may apply for residential delivery, liftgate service, limited access locations, missed appointments, storage, re-delivery, address corrections, inside delivery, or special handling.
Residential Delivery, Liftgate & Terminal Pickup
Some freight carriers charge extra for residential delivery or liftgate service. If the customer does not have a forklift, loading dock, or commercial receiving location, liftgate service may be required. Terminal pickup may be available in some areas and may reduce cost or simplify delivery.
Customers should tell E&T Parts Hub in advance if the delivery location is residential, rural, limited access, business without dock, apartment, storage unit, repair shop, or location requiring special instructions.
Multiple Shipments
If an order contains multiple parts, items may ship from different warehouses or suppliers. This may result in separate tracking numbers, different delivery dates, or different carriers. Partial delivery does not automatically mean an item is missing.
Freight Inspection Checklist
Inspect the outer packaging before signing.
Check for crushed corners, broken pallets, torn wrapping, leaking fluids, punctures, missing straps, or visible impact marks.
Write any damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
Take photos of the shipment before removing packaging.
Refuse delivery if severe damage is visible and contact E&T Parts Hub immediately.
Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your shipment before signing. If a package or freight item is visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt and, where appropriate, refuse the shipment. If a damaged package is left without signature, contact the carrier and E&T Parts Hub immediately with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item.
Failure to inspect and report damage promptly may limit our ability to assist with a carrier claim.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
E&T Parts Hub may assist with tracking and carrier claims, but lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages may be subject to carrier investigation. E&T Parts Hub is not responsible for theft after delivery confirmation or delays caused by weather, carrier issues, incorrect address, remote delivery location, customs, freight terminal delays, or events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing. Return shipping, freight costs, liftgate fees, re-delivery fees, storage fees, and special handling charges may be the customer's responsibility depending on the reason for return or claim.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Address errors, business/residential misclassification, missing contact details, inaccessible delivery locations, or inability to receive freight may cause delays or additional fees.
